    Shatkarma is the Sanskrit term for one of the six yogic purification techniques (kriyas) as outlined in the "Hatha Yoga Pradipika." The purpose of these cleansing techniques is to keep the body strong, clean and healthy. They are said to remove toxins and anything blocking the flow of prana in the body. Practicing shatkarmas internally purifies the body, which makes pranayama and meditation practice easier by preparing the body to perform these practices without distraction, discomfort or fatigue.   • Ashtanga yoga, sometimes referred to as AshtangaVinyasa yoga, is a style of yoga that was developed by Sri K. PattabhiJois and T. Krishnamacharya in the 20th century. They claimed it originated from a system of Hatha yoga described in the ancient text, the "Yoga Korunta." Used in this context, the term, Ashtanga yoga, refers to this particular style of yoga.     Daily freshly made vegetarian meals are included in the price. The food is fully prepared hygienically with the organic vegetables. Isn’t it enough just to practice the Yoga, do we have to regulate our food?’ wonder many. In itself, practicing yoga is not just a healthy life but at Rishikesh YTTC, we believe that it is also a way of living, when complemented with healthy food habits, it can really create wonders. In fact, eating the right food is an essential part of living a yogic life.

  • We offer single and double rooms based on the student’s preference. Every room has an attached bathroom with a toilet and 24 hour hot shower along with a balcony with either swimming pool or scenic views. The rooms are clean, well maintained and have bed sheets, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper, blankets and welcome amenities upon arrival. Free Wi-Fi is also available across the resort. Laundry services are also available for an additional fee.

  • During the course, you will be staying at Puri Saron Hotel Madangan in Bali, Indonesia (Ds Madangan Petak Bitra Gianyar Gianyar Bali, Petak Kaja, Kec. Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80515,Indonesia). The school is situated in the heart of Ubud, Bali.
